What was initially started by Jan Hedh, of whom many recipes from is still being used today, is now spearheaded by the duo of Malin Haak and Martin Morand. Two pastry chefs with a lot of merits behind their back to vouch for a top quality of the products offered. Many of which made in a stone oven with wood.
Sit down in their café for either a fika or breakfast, or visit the shop to bring baked goods or other products with you on the go.
