Pierre is founder and main curator of FOODGUIDE.se and is also writing for numerous magazines such as Gourmet, Galore Weekend and Nöjesguiden. Pierre is also behind the sites Skitgott.se, Allt om Burgare and the events International Falafel Award, Falafelfestivalen and Burgarnatten. He also produced the tv-shows Gatumat & Gourmet and Det Nynordiska Köket aired at Matkanalen (Norway) and Godare.se (Sweden).
Fun fact: in 2017 Pierre set a world record in eating at the most restaurants in the shortest amount of the time, clocking in at 40 restaurants in 6 hours and 23 minutes.
