At Pastafabriken, or what they call ‘Il Ristorante’, they cook up a few select dishes every day, made on the home made pasta they do fresh based on flour from Skåne. This you can enjoy with a selection of wine, beer and other suitable drinks.
If you are curious about the action going on behind the scenes, just ask for a peek into the kitchen and you can be sure they are happy to take you inside where the magic happens. This magic you also have the possibility to bring with you back home since they also sell a range of their pasta directly off the counter as well.
Pastafabriken is open from lunch to evening all days of the week with the exception for Sunday to Tuesday, and we highly recommend to make a reservation in advance since this place usually gets quite the crowd during the summer days.
