Lyran is a relaxed neighborhood restaurant where the concept of running a pub or serving a la carte has been completely scrubbed away from the menu. Instead you are invited to a relaxed, but still very refined, dining experience and atmosphere that is built around the concept of eating carefully thought out dishes based on what is the best produce that is in for the evening from their carefully selected farmers and producers.
Together with a good pairing of beverages together with the food, Lyran have managed to make something unique on the food scene in Malmö that has gained the heart of foodies for years, and keeps bringing the interest of international guests on a visit. Getting a seat at Lyran (which is a pretty small restaurant) is sometimes not the most easy task, but it’s definitely well worth the wait and effort.
