With a recent change of ownership in 2024, Ivan Jurman (If you’re from Malmö, you might remember him from Kv. Åkern) and Camilla Iveteg stepped in as the new owners of Östarps Gästgivaregård that was previously run by the Vollmers family dating back since 1946.
Here you will be treated with Scanian husman at its finest, with a menu offering dishes such as the classic herring cake and Äggakaka with pork belly and lingonberries to name a few. Don’t miss out on the tomato pie with mangold however if you get the chance, it might just be one of the best pies to be found in not only Lund but the entire country as a whole.
