Located inside of Stora Saluhallen In Gothenburg, Bar Bulot offers a highly approachable menu of small to middle-sized dishes with a lot of finesse together with great wines (primarily natural such) to pair with it, both per bottle or by the glass. Don’t worry that not opting for a bottle is going a step down however, they will have fun bottles opened already by the glass to enjoy that will match your choice of dishes beautifully.
Bar Bulot is a smaller, more relaxed, version of their larger restaurant Bulot located on Norra hamngatan, open during lunch time and dinner from Mondays to Saturdays. Dropping by for their living menu offers a lot of different flavors to choose from. One of them being their spicy steak tartare in two crispy waffle hearts with sour cream, which is more or less a signature on the menu at this point and for a good reason so. A must to try out!
With high quality produce selected from both other shops in the building in combination with other local producers from the area, the focus on working with local products shines through the second you put your first bite in your mouth. May we even call the servings a bit rustically beautiful, too?
