What a hidden gem! Bord 27 is definitely not the restaurant that gets the most buzz in the city, but perhaps that might rather be due to neighborhood regulars that wishes to keep it a secret for themselves. One thing is for sure – people love the extraordinarily friendly staff, the well composed food and the cozy atmosphere. We do so, too during our visit on a rainy Saturday during lunch time.
The dishes is with a nordic, and for some a French, touch and comes as snacks, middle sized as well as larger dishes. The pairing with an orange wine on Malvasia and Moscatel recommended as a must have with their dish on smoked tuna during our visit turned out to be one of the best ones had that year, and coming back we wouldn’t hesitate a single bit to put our wine decisions entirely in their hands.
