Located on Kärleksgatan, soul to bowl is the tagline of Bōru Bowl Bar. A small restaurant serving up bowls with salmon, tuna, tofu and pork. Run by chef Linus with a long time of making sushi at the restaurant Chill Out Sushi back in the days, it is clear that he has honed his craft during the years to create a concept that runs past the poke bowl hype in Malmö to create something unique, inspiring, different and last but not least addictively delicious.
At this point more or less all of their bowls has found their fair share of popularity and become permanent dishes on the menu. But if there is one bowl that makes the heart clap just a little bit faster it’s their Aburi Salmon. Flamed salmon that has been marinated for 24 hours, served up together with pickled fennel, roasted garlic, marinated rice and more.
