Follow your heart and make a visit to Hart, one of Copenhagens most beloved bakeries named after its owner Richard Hart, previously from the popular bakery Tartine in San Francisco. At Hart Bageri you will find artisan bread based on sourdough, sweet pastries and in particular their ever so popular signature cardamom croissant that makes all the public rave justified by the recurring crave after your first bite.

Hart Bageri is, however, mostly a pure bakery and with that the seating options here is also somewhat limited. If you are lucky however, you might be able to grab a seat at the outdoor bench – but prepare yourself in advance to take your new edible friends on the go. Either how, finding a sunny spot to enjoy their delicious crafts is a more than well worth trade-off that is recommended to anyone looking to enjoy some of the best baked goods in the city.
