Artisan-made ice cream crafted with liquid nitrogen, making an exciting show in Nørrebro.

At Istid, it’s always time for ice cream. Ice cream made with liquid nitrogen in front of you, that is. A method to get the temperature when making the ice cream down to almost -200 degrees, which has an effect on both the texture and flavor of the end product served. Of course the process looks quite cool, too!

At Istid you have the option to choose from a variety of different ice creams flavors and sorbets. If you want to go all in however, then you should opt for one of their sundae combinations served in cardamom waffle topped with cream, sauce and other toppings. This one definitely require a little extra room for dessert in your belly, though!

The ice cream shop itself is not the largest one in Copenhagen, but you are able to enjoy your ice cream either on the go, or at one of their few seats on the outside of the entrance.
