Calling it “just a burger” is underselling the burgers sold at this food truck located next to the Svarte train Station just outside Ystad. The burgers are in fact surprisingly on point! With the smash technique as the method of choice, this family-owned establishment run by two young brothers Simon and Adrian makes no-fuss burgers that hits the spot with just the right crust, thickness and taste hugged between a nice sesame bun.
Even though Just a Burger was started as a summer project mainly at first, it’s has now found its place as a true burger food truck worthy a visit while on a roadtrip in Skåne. Just make sure to double check they are open before you head into the car on Instagram.
