Gelato made fresh every day, based on milk picked up every morning from local farm.

since 2021 the owners Ottilia och Stefan Åkesson has been enriching Gladsax in Österlen with gelato made on milk from a nearby farm, picked up on a daily basis to make fresh batches for the day. The flavors range from seasonal and fruity to classic and full of flavor, many of which based on local ingredients. Besides gelato OlaOls also offers bowls, waffles, sandwiches and pastry if you want something more than only a cold delight in the summer sun.

During the summer OlaOls tends to get quite popular with people traveling around exploring what Österlen has to offer, something which they have now solved with a digital queue system once you arrive to the location. However, even with waiting time, OlaOls is worth a visit and the location itself which is set on a cozy farm is a perfect spot to relax a bit between your travel destinations in the area.

The café is open every day between 11-19, but make sure to double check the opening hours for the season.
