Awarded with a bib in Guide Michelin, Selma offers a modern take on smørrebrød that is beautifully composed of seasonal produce from producers locally in the area or nearby such as over the Öresund bridge. The smørrebrød can be enjoyed either as part of a tasting menu in 8 servings or more traditionally from the a la carte, at least as traditional a modern smørrebrød can be!
To drink with your smørrebrød you have the option to choose from a range of craft beers, wines from smaller producers and of course also a range of homemade snaps (it does after all go hand in hand with smørrebrød) amongst a selection of other handpicked ones.
Selma is open for lunch and dinner all days except for Tuesdays.
