Silberbauers, a cozy French bistro with a little extra inspiration from Provence, is located in Nørrebro and run by chef Mattias Silberbauer. Silberbauers Bistro takes a relaxed stance to dining with red and white checkered table cloths and even has a disco ball rotating in the wine storage filled up with a select list of French and natural wines. Let’s get this party started!
Silberbauers Bistro has a particular specialty in fish and other delicacies from the sea, and their mussels with aioli is equally an iconic must have as the daily fish for the day with all the good stuff included. Their entire serving with turbot is one that has been enjoyed at Silberbauers – and being an absolute delight with no fuss. Simply great uncomplicated cuisine, done correctly.
Silberbauers Bistro has been awarded with a bib in Guide Michelin and we can only agree that it’s a spot where you get value for your money. It’s one of those neighborhood spots that work well to drop in either for lunch, dinner or perhaps a drink before moving on. However, the relaxed atmosphere definitely make you want to stay for long.
