- About 200 g of finished tomato sauce
- 150-175 g pasta
- 1/2 burrata
- Basil
Tomato sauce:
- 1 part fresh cocktail tomatoes
- 2 parts San Marzano tomatoes
- Salt
- Sugar
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- Stems from basil
Chili sauce:
- 1 part fresh red chili
- 1 part fresh hababero
- Salt
- Sugar
- White wine vinegar
- Olive oil
How to
1. Make your tomato sauce by mixing all of its ingredients together.
Then let it boil in the oven on a frying tray for about 30 minutes. on 200 degrees (celsius).
Lastly, change the temperature to 130 degrees and let it continue for about 1 hour.
2. Make your chili sauce by mixing all of the its ingredients together until smooth.
Taste with salt and sugar for your desired balance.
3. Cook your spaghetti.
Serving
Serve your arrabiata sauce together with spaghetti and desired amount of chili sauce.
Top everything off with burrata and basil.
