How does one become an institution when it comes to serving delicacies from the sea? Ask Johan P – because they have become the long-standing restaurant in Malmö synonymous when it comes to fish, crayfish, lobster and other seafood. With a seating area, bar and a deli generously filled with products from the ocean a visit at Johan P works well both for lunch, dinner, for cooking up something good at home or simply walk in for a cold drink.
Johan P invites you in to their world every day for lunch and dinner. Except for sundays – because then it’s all dedicated for their brunch where shrimps, crayfish, salmon and more being served on plates over ice. Even though their menu may change a little bit on a daily basis, you can almost at all time find lobster, crayfish, fried herring and fish soup.
The location itself has kept its larger part of the appearance now for many years, but due to continued improvements to the decor and interior Johan P still manages to feel like a modern classic year after year with beautiful hand-painted artwork on the walls, a large amount of Carrara marble and a large wine cellar down the stairs. If you want to catch some sun peeking in during the day, there is also outdoor seating available to enjoy.
