Located inside of Malmö Saluhall, this small little Poké Bowl bar have recently also expanded with a second location in Hyllie. Their menu hasn’t changed much at all since its beginning – but maybe that is a good thing. Because they have poke bowls that has been refined until they are something which Joen and his team can stand by – just as we can stand by our word that we think they are really good without any fuzz and complexity – just a well balanced bowl of different textures and flavors.
It might not be so easy to choose from their alluring options on the menu, but if there is one that makes our heart go a little more boom boom it’s the Wasabi Salmon – salmon in soy marinade together with sushi rice, wasabi mayo, Korean chili sauce, mango salsa and with crispy fried glass noodles on the top. An absolute delight to dig in on where every ingredient has it’s purpose in the bowl for the wholeness of the dish.
