Located inside the event and conference location Folk Mat & Möten, Restaurang MAT is every weekday offering a lunch where local produce gets to takes the main stage of the show. A direction initially shaped by chef Titti Qvarnström, Restaurang MAT now has gained two new stars running the kitchen, Rasmus and Karl, continuing the legacy to serve up food with nordic flavors in an elegant and modern twist with an all around delicate balance of flavors on the plate.
Except for an excellent lunch you can also expect to be served homemade bread, both soft and crisp, with your meal together with kombucha and coffee after your meal. From time to time, there has also been held special events organized during the evenings.
