The sister bar to heritage-filled restaurant Tranan with a focus on natural and biodynamic wines.

In Swedish, Grus Grus means Gravel Gravel. Luckily, it’s not named after its Swedish meaning but actually its popular sister restaurant Tranan, which is a direct translation of the name in latin (meaning crane). Names aside, whereas Tranan has a lot of history dating back to opening in 1929, Grus Grus instead is the new cool kid on the block that at the same time integrates harmoniously together with the siblings.

So what to expect from the wine offering? Well, think small producers and low scale production with a clear penchant for natural and biodynamic wines. However, it does not stop there. If you want to go deep into the rabbit hole you have the options to ask for bottles from the secret but not so secret wine cellar from Tranan with about 600 bottles more to choose from. All this together with medium sized dishes and snacks from the kitchen.

Grus Grus is open every day of the week except for Sundays from 16 until late.
