Craving seafood? Make a journey out to Ljungskile and say hello to Janne Bark with his team at Musselbaren, cooking up mussels and other delicacies from the ocean. It will make you happy as a clam! On the menu you will find classic mussel dishes such as moules frites and moules marinières to other seafood such as fish & chips.
Fun fact! Musselbaren also has a tiny distillery where they make brandy based on local ingredients. They also offer tours with their boat M/S Märta, where expeditions for hunting clams is part of it. Of course then also get the wonderful opportunity to enjoy them cooked up afterwards back at the restaurant.
