Såjja, also a swedish wordplay on soy, is a small little dumpling place on Värnhem with a short but sweet list of items on the menu consisting of jiaozis, wontons, baos aswell as a few more small dishes categorized as Xiao Chi. The place is run by the couple Linda and Liu, whereas the latter has previously been working at Dubbel Dubbel, one of the long old timers when it comes to offering dim sum in Malmö.
With very approachable prices, its easy to go wild on the menu and order in a little bit of everything to share. And that is exactly what you should on your visit, and just enjoy the casual and calm atmosphere this place has to offer. If the sun is showing it’s best side then also take the opportunity to just jump by and enjoy their outside seating together with a glass of crisp wine, ice cold chinese beer or perhaps even a sweet can of bubble tea.
