Just a short walk from Kongens Nytorv at Gothergade 27 you will find the ultimate gyros. It’s not complex, or got any overworked fuss. It’s simply an envisioned dream by chef Nikolaos Strangas made up of light and fluffy pita bread with your protein of of choice (pork, chicken or halloumi) sauce, greens and as a surprise addition – fries. Lovely.
This location is definitely not large, but it offers seating by a large counter or outdoors by the bench. But honestly, this is not food you are eating slow either – especially when it’s this good. So the rotation of available seats is pretty fast at Strangas Greek Food.
