With a seasonal menu based on locally grown ingredients from their own farm in Vintrie, Chef Matan and farmer Charlotte is the duo that makes up the hummus bar Two Forks. A concept that has previously had its home at the thai restaurant SOI 29 during lunch hours, but which of now has moved to their own permanent location located just across the street from Malmö Saluhall.
The hummus itself at Two Forks is delightfully creamy, and when combined together with the flavor-packed greens from their farm it is nothing but a match made in heaven. The smooth hummus literally hugs all of the flavors together in a meal that is enjoyably scooped up together with the included warm pita. At Two Forks, the concept of hummus truly gets the glory it deserves. One might even call it… forking good.
