On March 31 the gala for the Nordic Falstaff Awards 2025 was held at Slagthuset in Malmö. Alongside celebrating the restaurant industry and the people working in it with 11 awards, there was also a half-day inspirational forum held and also the launch of the yearly guide for Falstaff in Sweden and Denmark.
